In a quiet but central location in Riehen, we sold a row house with 7 rooms. The house was sold under building lease with a modest building lease interest.
At Obere Weid we sold a row house in a dense construction. The house stood on a building lease plot of the canton and was therefore not easy to sell. Advantages were the central location on a slope with a view of Riehen and a good standard of finish. The house also has a small garden.
