Fredi Linder, a trained architect (HTL), began his career at Suter + Suter and was subsequently employed by Preiswerk/Batigroup. After several years as head of the real estate department, he decided to found his own real estate firm in 1999. The desire for independence and greater autonomy were the deciding factors in this decision. The sole proprietorship Linder Immobilien Promotion (LIP) was founded the very next year.

After Fredi Linder had successfully completed a number of projects, the company was incorporated as a limited liability company (GmbH) in 2006.

Four busy years later, Fredi Linder’s eldest son, David, joined the company. His versatile skills and talent in IT and graphic design greatly enriched the still-young firm. This was followed by several more years of exciting projects, as well as many challenges that had to be overcome. The company succeeded in establishing itself very successfully in Riehen and in the real estate market. Thanks primarily to its extensive expertise and creative solutions, the company was able to make a name for itself in the industry.

In 2017, Matthias Linder and Sebastian Schwarze, Fredi Linder’s son-in-law, joined the company. Matthias’s exceptional sales talent, combined with Sebastian’s organizational and coordination skills, played a key role in the company’s continued success over the following fiscal years.
