In collaboration with the architectural firm Zinkernagel, a very appealing concept was developed, resulting in the construction of 10 apartments in two multi-family buildings. The project blends in very well with the existing village landscape.

The four duplex apartments were particularly attractive to young families, as they were not only relatively spacious and affordable but also featured beautiful gardens of over 200 m². As a result, a 5.5-room apartment measuring 135 m² could be purchased for CHF 800,000, and a 6.5-room apartment measuring 161 m² for CHF 1,000,000. Due to the extremely good value for money, all apartments were sold within a few months.
