All homes feature a private garden with outdoor seating, several bike storage spaces—including five charging stations for e-bikes—and two parking spaces in the underground garage with direct access to the homes. Wenkenpark, located about 200 meters away, is a welcoming place to relax and highlights this special project’s close connection to nature. Public transportation is also conveniently accessible within a 5-minute walk.

We place a high priority on eco-friendly construction and the use of appropriate building materials. When selecting the exterior façade, we therefore opted for a sustainable wood façade that ensures a comfortable indoor climate in both winter and summer. The architects’ approach is to use natural, resource-efficient materials and to prioritize locally sourced wood and wood fiber insulation.
