Five semi-detached homes (ten residential units) are being built at 319 Inzlingerstrasse. The beautiful lot has a footprint of 1,908 square meters and borders a greenbelt to the north; the forest begins 200 meters further north.

This property is located directly on the border with Inzlingen on a south-facing slope and is particularly notable for its unobstructed views. Five semi-detached homes with 4.5 to 6.5 rooms were built. In this project, particular attention was paid to eco-friendly construction methods; for example, the homes are heated with geothermal energy and feature solid wood facades. Thanks to the generous extensions on the ground floor, we were able to create very spacious living rooms on the ground floor and beautiful terraces on the first floor. Because of the high-density construction, we were able to offer the homes at a very competitive price.

The houses are currently still under construction and are expected to be ready for occupancy in spring 2021.
